Xenos are not just anti-foreign influence, they are anti-corporate and anti-establishment. The desire of the IMG and Zoners to live and work outside of house influence is something we respect, not to mention you should probably not antagonize people if almost everyone is your enemy already.
We've always been neutral to those two; the vanilla faction description stated "Enemies: Everyone except Zoners and IMG"

I respectfully disagree, and the XA was not always neutral to those two, it just depends on how far your memory goes back. The Xenos are poor specifically because everyone's their enemy. The entire cause is hate, the rest is mere justification. Hate is unreasonable, and makes easy and incorrect assumptions. It's not about getting away from house influence, it's about Us vs. Them, and 'Them' is anyone who isn't Libertonian by birth.

The IMG has its origins in Bretonia, and Bretonians are Them, and therefore job-stealing enemies of the Libertonian worker.

The Zoners are all about live-and-let-live, and you can't just live with the enemy. They'll destroy you every time if you try. The Zoners misguided philosophy is poison for a pure Liberty. The Libertonians amongst the Zoners have rejected their birthright and are little better than foreigners themselves.

Those Universal boys aren't too bad, but the rest of the corporations would sell out the Libertonian people in half a heartbeat for a single Kusari or Rheinland credit.
