That should still be OORP. NPC's are way underpowered, they don't even dent the shields people have, so its not like its realistic. It would be different if it was a group of pirates (as they could overpower the defences), but when its 1 pirate they would if FL was real be torn to shreads.(Especialy how when they were sighted by the base/planet's radar ships would be launched/on route to hunt the pirate down).
