Give it a little time, I've plenty of rule violations in the que at the moment myself. With the recent influx of persons from other servers there's been a surge of various violations of one kind of another such as re-engaging, mashing the 'ol f1 mid fight and, of course, banstick violations such as the one you captured there (bear in mind that I'm not declaring that all persons from dimension X are louts, so much as some of them might be visiting for a simple lark and not be overly worried with the long term implications of negative behavior, or simply may have neglected to familiarize themselves with the local rules of the road and committed an inadvertent foux pas).

One day you'll come abouts in your slippers, drinking coffee and munching a croissant to find one of Hoodlum's dry witted savaging of a number of rule violators.

On the note of the original post, I've found that reporting persons for having horrid reps (in the case of rogue vessels strolling casual as you can please up to my transport sitting atop the Missouri demanding credits) can result in their reputation being hand adjusted by the admins down the road atop small complications such loss of credits and such for "bribes'.

But while it's rather easy to survive a taxation attempt when you're sitting adjacent to a dockable structure, I wouldn't be adverse to planets and stations having their defensive capabilities upgraded. It's no party flying around Manhattan orbit in a fighter when three battleship NPC groups spawn on top of you, but on that same token there are many stationary structures that one may happily shrug off without fear of reprisal. Be them pirate or lawful bases.

I would expect West Point to be able to provide the kind of firepower that might beat back anything with a little more spine than a starflier, likewise for annoying chaps who loiter about Buffalo (you all know I really mean Ouray) and the like looking for a happy undock kill.
