Player Sanctioned: LNS-Buffalo, [58th]Unicorn

LNS-Buffalo & [58th]Unicorn has been sanctioned for:

3.1 Swearing and insulting outside of Roleplay, or excessive swearing/insulting inRP
3.6 Attacking without Roleplay. Players must be given reasonable time to react to hostilities.
4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered as ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:
Not attack the player/players they died to on any of their characters for two hours.

Consequences:

One line isn't enough to shoot at something that's hostile. It certainly isn't OK to log your carrier to shoot someone that shot your ship earlier, either. So both ships lost some credits, but the Buffalo lost some weapons to cover the lack of credits on ship.
