Denis, i heard you and i are both of a similar age, and i wont bother you for making your decision, although i do think it is most unfair.

I have no idea of your age, but if it makes any difference, I am 58 in a couple of weeks time.

Vladimir Scorpius didnt report me beceuse i engaged him 3 times, he reported it beceuse he died 3 times, and he is twice as longer in game than me, ego hurts i get it. On the other notion he bullies and insults people and he gets a warning, and you lose my 60 million worth of guns for an unproven fact??
Im sorry Denis, i klnow you wont change your decision and im old enough to reach a mature decision when i get stepped on for no reason other than " i cant win this guy so ill go cry to an admin ".

I have no idea why SnakThree reported you. His Ego may have been hurt by being killed numerous times by you or not, but you had broken the Rules, it was reported and therefore we had to act.

As for proven fact or not, I showed you the evidence. In the Reported case (the first one), I was of the opinion that because you both died, you might not have decided to claim the kill. We could not find you registered on any Bounty Board (but I know that some BBs Bounty Hunters are automatically Registered).

When it came time to process the Report, I did some checking and found the second instance of you killing Scorpius, and as I showed you, there wasn't any interaction, from Scorpius, on any Trader (unless he was silently engaging at the time). There wasn't any claim for the kill on any BB and therefore my original thought was incorrect. So, I processed the Sanction and 'punished' you.

I am quite happy to 'change my mind' if any evidence is forthcoming to show that I/we made a mistake. So far, none has been given. If you can show me anything, then we will happily review it.

Iv'e had enough of crying kids and unwaranted sanctions. Respect to you Denis, but your decision was over the line and it made me reach mine. Im leving the game that i love because its full of admin favortism and crying babies who more often than not, get what they want.

Unwarranted Sanctions? Did you on two separate occasions (as I showed you in the Evidence) kill Scorpius? Did you claim either kill? Unless you can show me otherwise, the Rules were broken.

As for Admin 'favouritism', I have no favourites. I am in 3 Factions and therefore 'know' very few people that I talk to.

P.S. Dont worry Vladimir.Scorpius, soon you will be able to wait for traders at the gate and ask for 10 or even 20 milion per trader without me running in to you and putting you out of your missery..........

If Scorpius breaks the Rules and is Reported, then he will be processed in the normal way.

And Denis, there was a trader when i killed him, Vladimir Scorpius was a bomber without an official tag, and i killed him in Colorado near the Lane that goes to Pueblo, i guess thats 4 kills then. And he deserved them all

This particular incident was not reported to us and therefore had no bearing on your Sanction.
