It doesn't "trump" it. The two should be done in conjunction.

You decided to come to OUR community, insult our factions and faction leaders, refused to listen to our logic, ignore our suggestions, and deride our methods and the framework in which we do things WITHOUT OFFERING ANY POSITIVE OR CONSTRUCTIVE SUGGESTIONS. You have annoyed me to the point where I have you set to ignored because I don't need anything annoying me further. Now, if you have anything constructive to offer, please state it. If not, then SHUT THE **** UP.
