Federal Republic of Rheinland - Beaten, war weary, and now isolated, Rheinland's regime fights for their very right to exist. Ps. And you told me that attacking Bretonia as Rheinland would be a bad thing... but you had the same idea in 2015
This was written before the war with Liberty was resolved. Doing so now would be a complete U-Turn and economic catastrophe, but back then it certainly could've worked.
