FR5 Subsection

It never made sense to me that FR5's were handled in the Sanctions and Warnings thread. Is it possible that we get a subsection to organize these so we can see which ones exist, and the idea that it is an administrative punishment is removed? FR5's give certain privileges to those who are victims of them, and it's generally difficult to find the one for your faction buried under 10,000 other sanctions because it was done 4 years ago. An exaggeration in some cases, but you get the point. (Yes I know search functions exist, but tracking them is something that doesn't seem to be done.)
