He looked down at the cigar, he knew that when you were offered one it was a rather big and expensive gesture, usually a way to commemorate the perpetuation of a good friendship or the start of one. He took the second cigar from the box and held it up, silently requesting her to light it for him, after which he'd hold it up to his mouth before taking a puff of it, managing to hold in the cough that nearly came afterward.
