My smuggler character cuts through guard systems as well sometimes not the order one but there is a few I use as shortcuts now and again. The way I see it is it isn't against any rules and if the owning faction don't like it the should really be there to stop me. The guard npcs can be quite a pain but easily bypassed once you have a few countermeasures.

The route in question though I don't really agree with in terms of RP but I don't think any rules are being broken
and if a Faction isn't there to defend their Guard system people will probably use it.

I also think smugglers are having the hardest time on the server at the minute now we even have outcasts shooting at us for carrying cardamine, all the lawfuls half the other pirates. The profit margins are going to have to go up next mod to make it worth anyones while at all.
