Faction feedback threads are a laugh. I didn't even take them seriously before they were mandatory and petitioned to have that reverted, because it's a stupid rule. People will find any reason to complain, and giving them a dedicated location to do so publicly is probably the worst thing you could do ever. There have been so few instances of feedback being conducted in a reasonable manner that it amazes me they haven't been outright shut down just to prevent the amount of work that comes out of cleaning up posts from angry, salty people.
