Biography: Born aboard an OSC Liner in the reaches of Kusari, Kennedy was unexpectedly arriving during her parents' vacation. After being brought home to Liberty, she was raised somewhat well, despite her demeanor for being a bit of a delinquent. Growing up in school she'd frequently get caught up into some kind of trouble. Breaking curfew, bullying, and soon enough, theft. Despite her somewhat innocent looks, her behavior was the opposite of that.
Sometime after getting into graduation high school, she and her girlfriend got caught up in a robbery gone bad. LPI caught her girlfriend while she fled from the Police, escaping into the scrap fields near Rochester, she escaped with the aid of Xenos. Refitted and refueled, she drifted around the sector, occasionally joining Xenos in hitting police convoys enroute to Sugarland, hoping one transport would contain her girlfriend. This chance never came, but only earned her scars. Once more, a convoy raid went sour with the arrival of a Liberty Navy wing and chased her into the depths of Kansas, disabling her ship and leaving her for dead.
Rescued by a passing patrol, Millie worked for minor cash on America before finally earning her way to a new ship, and a new identity.
