What's common courtesy around here anyway?

Xeno's are fair game, the guy setting up the Xeno character knows they are fair game, right?

I was blown up by a pirate when I was in a starflier last night (not the first time a pirate has killed me while setting up, the other time I was in a patriot still with level 1 shields), but I had got a money dump so it was a 50+ level starflier, so what? It's annoying but then so is getting pvp whored by factions, right?

If it happened the way ryoken said, it was a legal, and an in character kill.
