My opinion on why the game has constantly been losing players

More than wonder why someone did or didnt do something in the past, yous should wonder about why existing problems aren't being addressed now, and contribute in trying to fix them.

Mistakes from the past still echo within the game, that's how I see it.

Contribution is another thing. Even while we realize the actual problems, it takes big responsibilities for ones who are ready to act.
And we're also lazy.
And we also won't ever be able to decide which directions to go for as we all usually have different opinions. Actions have to be quite radical if we want the situation to really change. Would there be courageous people at power to implement that all, I doubt it.

Personally for me, enhanced .85 would be the easiest solution, maybe at least as an external experimental environment, to see if people are interested. And I'm ready to pay for the hosting. Yes, that will disattract people from the general server, and that wouldn't be adored by the Admin team, I suppose.

Whole situation reminds me of Retail WoW vs Vanilla WoW dilemma. And world tends to be leaning towards the second one for a reason.
