I took the insults you threw out as in-character, and assumed that you were a hostile faction member knowingly moving through hostile space. Really, all you had to do was say you're an ally/zoner and just passing through and there wouldnt have been any trouble. I just try to keep tabs on whoever comes into minor/100 so I know who should and shouldnt be there, and so I can do my job more effectively (tracking down and destroying the illegal trespassers).

Sure, I may have 'asked' in a pretty hostile tone, but that's because I was already dealing with several other smugglers at the time and was getting frustrated with it.
