ok, I don't feel like reasing 9 pages of this but here's what I'll say:

1) If an enemy of the Order goes through 100 without having the NPC's shooting them, report that player.
2) Bs| Omicron 100 rules say they get 30 seconds... hell kill them right away. Most of them have been warned various times and they all know, so any smugglers and hostiles to the Order are to be shot on site, and neutral or friendly who are not Order ID'd and Tagged get 30 seconds to leave (through the way they came), if they don't, kill them.
3) Reminder, only Order id'd and tagged ships are allowed into 100. The exceptions are factioned allies such as the TBH.
