I do think you've misplaced your flak here big time. This plugin is not meant to fix the issues of the current bounty hunting system, it is meant to make the same thing possible in-game, without having to use the forum for that. Laz is only responsible for coding and designing the plugin, if you have issues with the system itself, you should complain to the staff instead.

That you question Laz's comprehension and understanding skills while you yourself are misunderstanding the purpose of this thread in the first place, doing all this in a condescending manner, isn't really helping your cause too much. I'd suggest toning it down at least a bit, especially if you take my advice and turn towards the staff with your complaints.
