It excels at supporting fleets and cannot do much on its own, however it can still annoy Vakırs tı the point of ultimate boredom on their captains and they eventually retreat. However, while it was a success, i see room for improvement on Phobos. There should be leftover blueprints from Project Olympia and i believe Admirality will allow me to use surplus equipment.
