REBRANDING! TCNS BECOMES TONN!

TCNS has been rebranded to TONN - The Omicronis News Network. The reasons for this is to make our news feel more inclusive and more accessible to the citizens of Omicronis. The news centre has now shifted from Durban and is based in Athenia City on Nauru instead.

WAR IN THE SIGMAS! CORE RESPONDS

Earlier this week, rising tensions between Rheinland and Kusari reached a breaking point and exploded into a culmination of the all-out conflict between the two Houses in the Sigmas. Rheinland and Kusari have already published statements, and Rheinland has specifically stated that APM Advanced Hardware is prohibited from being transported to Kusari.

Good evening colleauges.

As you are all probably aware, war ■ has broken out amongst two of our customers. APM not wishing to lose favour with either side of the conflict will hereby cease BAU transports of any military class related goods to either house. All employees are advised to take care when travelling through the sigmas and to adhere to any military personnel encountered during your travels.

It is expected that APM Hardware will still find it's way into this conflict as both houses have received shipments in the past and deliveries to other houses will still continue unaltered.

It is expected that in a time of war both houses will hold strong borders and vigorously enforce embargoes, whether or not you choose to adhere to the constraints of these are down to your judgment. This specifically and currently relates to the Rheinland Embargo of Azurite Gas into Kusari (and would apply vice-versa if Kusari had declared an embargo as well), although APM considers this to be an interesting item indeed, its raw battlefield application is essentially non-existent and APM employees are not prevented from continuing transport of this commodity into either house.

Rheinland embargoes the following into Kusari
Ablative Armor Plating,
APM Advanced Hardware,
Armaments,
Azurite Gas,
DT Fuel,
Light Arms,
Military Vehicles,
Munitions,
Nuclear Devices,
Plutonium
Side Arms.

Kusari is yet to enforce an embargo.

All employees are to understand the risks of blockade running and are to take full responsibility should they be found breaking the terms of any house embargo. All non-military class commodities are to continue as normal, this includes unprocessed minerals and ores as well as basic processed Iridium and all fuels.

CORE DESTROYS ORDER BATTLESHIP IN OMEGEA-58

Recently, Dagger Outpost came under vicious attack. It was concluded that the assailants were no other than the cowardly Order - striking at humble men and women simply trying to make a living from Planet Skagen. A Core Battleship was quickly dispatched before it intercepted and destroyed the Battleship Canaan. All crew on board were reported to have been eliminated. Another victory!

In the meantime, said Battleship will support our efforts in the region before it is most likely deployed there permanently. Who knows what treasures it'll find as it explores the Omega region?

CORE PUSHES TOWARDS OMICRON GAMMA

With The Core's grasp over Delta solidified, it's now starting to go on the attack towards Corsair space. Skirmishes have gone as far as Chi and Xi, with rare raids sometimes going into the heart of Corsair space: Omicron Gamma. Reports indicate that Xi's rich collection of rare artifacts and ruins are what has drawn the attention of The Core, as well as The Core taking over Rheinland's operations in Xi as they turn their attention to the Sigmas instead.

So far, frequent raids have been made against Corsair structures within Xi, with The Core hoping to pick up Rheinland's momentum and capitalise on the power vacuum. As of current, mining operations within the system are not being looked into. This may change in the future.

At this time, we are unable to report on the exact nature of Core operations in Omicron Chi.

DHC CONSTRUCTS ENNIBECK SPACEPORT IN ORBIT OF TUVALU

As part of an agreement with DHC and to increase civilian presence and security in the Omicrons, The Core has cooperated to build an installation with Daumann Heavy Construction in orbit of Tuvalu, near Nauru. This has allowed for civilian traffic to be diverted from Yaren to Ennibeck, ensuring Yaren is converted to a proper military installation within Nauru's orbit.

Ennibeck has also begun to produce additional mining equipment for The Core and AP Manufacturing to use, for both their operations on Nauru and in space. Most notably, DHC has begun to produce Hegemon and Surveyor miners en masse for Omicronis' usage.

Lastly, Ennibeck has also lead to an additional influx of MND personnel to assist The Core with their operations in the Omicrons. This added security can only be a boon.
