At this point, I would have to say that they haven't developed a reputation list nor ID yet, simply flying under Commonwealth IFF and are reaching out to nations and firms such as yours to establish such a list.

The Gallic threat that we all face together is, to our understanding, your only enemy, aside from small time pirates, which UCS, as a shipping concern, is also quite opposed to.

Now, as to the second part: Are you saying, sir, that the only way you're willing to perform repairs on this vessel is if you have ownership over the vessel? My employers are not interested in selling, simply securing a shipyard to maintain it.
