As you know, we have been struggling for a while now. We managed to evacuate our people with your help, and they are residing on Planet Jiangxi currently. As thankful as we are, this is not a situation that we want to keep going on forever, and I am sure some of our civillians think the same way. We are currently planning to establish a base within Corona, near the Ghost-Town Breach, and are wondering if your transporting divison would be willing to assist us, so that we can start building and improving the installation as fast as possible.
