This is a note to inform you that the Government has received a debriefing of our recent dealings and that they are currently discussing further opportunities for cooperation. Joint operations will be considered by the Bretonian Armed Forces when I have the opportunity to discuss matters further with the First Sea Lord, until then the extent of this new agreement will be only with the Service, I can only apologise about the nature of Bretonian bureaucracy, I assure you, no one is happy about it.
