To whom it may concern,

The Junker's have always been a group known for our disdain of Kusari, this is no unheard of fact. Slandering our name as Criminals and smugglers, only because we choose to get our hands dirty where few others are willing to, save for your own ALG. Toiling through scrap and debris to find anything that is salvageable and bringing it back to our bases where we sell them back to honest men and women looking for cheap but usable parts. Despite what Kusari undoubtedly told you over the years of cooperation your two great nations had, never once did Rheinland choose to follow in their footsteps in outlawing Junker's who simply wish to be left alone in our field of scrap, content to a simple life of scrap peddling and the occasional freelance level shipping contracts with Corporations.

We have long aided Rheinland corporations in their works, Worked hand-in-hand with ALG (in spite of the risks of our own safety with the proximity to Kusari) to clear the debris fields of the 80 Year's war. We re-pressurized and have begun the troublesome task of cleaning up what remains of the once glorious Augsburg Orbital Colony.

Now, once again we in the Junker Congress will rise to support Rheinland in this one of his most trying time when a age old friend chooses to become a sworn enemy. I, as the Arbiter of the Junker Congress, here-by pledge our full support to Rheinland and his people. We are not combatants but we are willing to support your supply lines where we can.
