4. Why are these changes necessary?
Vatan has been slowly changing as time goes on. I have displayed this via ingame roleplay habits as well as equipment changes to show a change from a human created vessel to a morphed, nomadic one. These changes will help show those changes as well as allow better roleplay situations as I can interact with various different factions.

Update to the previous RPC-Vatan SRP. This will include new ID restrictions and updates to equipment and ship effects. In addition, I would like to add a secondary ship with similar allowances.

- Added effects to show nomadic changes seen HERE with visual effect HERE
- Access to GRN and Nomad/Wild Equipment
- Nomad and Wild to +.9, Outcasts to +.7, Gaians to +/-0.0
- Able to buy restricted nomad equipment and commodities and any allowances that the K'Hara ID has. (Weapons, Liquid Cardamine, etc)
- ID allowances;

Pilot carrying this ID is a Hybrid Nomad, who:
Can freely engage any ship anywhere.
Can only dock on Nomad, Wild, Outcast, or Allowed Bases
Allowed ships: Obstinate

Omer.Darche

- Access to equipment available to a Freelancer, Outcasts, or Wild
- Nomad and Wild to +.9, Outcasts to +.7, Gaians to +/-0,0, other reps to match a Freelancer ID
- Able to buy restricted nomad equipment and commodities and any allowances that the K'Hara ID has. (Weapons, Liquid Cardamine, etc)

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
Other than updating the SRP to the current system, these changes will help allow the story of the Vatan and crew to continue. Vatan is a hybrid nomad far into the process of hybridization, with many changes to the ship and crew to put in more "superior" nomad technology. The effect changes will help show that change, as well as the allowances helping match previous interactions. In the line "Can only dock on Nomad, Wild, Outcast, or Allowed Bases" for the Vatan, it would allow the Vatan to dock on bases or shipyards allowed by factions. One example of this is the Vatan is allowed to Moor on Islay Base in Edinburgh, but could never do this do to previous restrictions.

For Darche, he is a crew member of the Vatan that wasn't infected or hybridized on purpose to act as an envoy between humanity and the nomads. He sometimes flies out on a personal ship to go places the Vatan can't for various missions. He also is a key member in the Spectres, or people who work for the Nomads.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?

Short term would be the buildup of a new spectre network and working with the K'Hara and various Wild factions. Long term is the continuation of the spectre network and forwarding the goals of the nomads.

"Moving on", the original story, showed the change in the Vatan's crew to it's hybrid form. The "ship log" displays a more recent change to the ship to more nomadic equipment and details any recent interactions. The Comms are just that, different messages from and to the Vatan. Some date before the first SRP, some more recent.

8. How long has this character been building its backstory?
September 2010, so about 5 years.

Shagohad: Old GRP leader. Got me interested into the RP of the Royal Police and the Infected.
Gheis: Just being around and getting some nice old times with him with the character. Giving me a level head when I would act a bit rash.
Stefz: Being nice and understanding, helping me expand Gerald's RP even if it was a bit out of the box.
Zapp: Kicking off this route I took and being a bit of a model for me to base myself on.
Huggie: Getting the Gallic Infected RP going, helping with nomad stuff, accepting the story and making it apart of the K’hara.
