Saying them not logging wasn't "providing pvp targets on demand" makes it sound like you are accusing the players of trying to create interaction of being in the wrong. Raids are the backbone of Hispania activity and lore. To be an Outcast official faction, wanting to represent the NPC faction, and being phobic to these kinds of interactions is absurd. Its neither the attitude that should be befitting an OC Official Faction, or an official faction in general. There are too many factions right now that neglect their duties and the server cannot afford for that to worsen.
Let's face it. Outcasts right now aren't alive at all. I don't know what NCs precise struggles are, but what they need is another Outcast faction to support them - not make the situation worse.
I've had my issues with Crimson Cross in the past, ones which I believe may have inadvertently damaged the OC faction overall. If AD does a 180 on their policy, it'll immediately make them positive contributors of activity and on their way to being a great OC official faction.
