For Levy, cracking open a cold one with the boys was, as Camus and Nietzsche could agree if they ever met, what turned him from a Sisyphus into an überman. It was the Godot he waited for every day, every hour and every minute. It was the ambrosia that filled the grail which was his existential meaning. Cracking open a cold one with his boss was almost as good, but there he could not be as much of an überman, merely Sisyphus when he reaches the top of the mountain. But the tingling of senses by the thousands of tiny bubbles whose continuous bursting released an ether of bliss, shadowed his judgement like the wall of Plato's Cave. This allowed his Manipura Chakra to open and let free a rolling tsunami of ecstasy. In Greek, "ecstasy" means "detached from the body", or "leaving the body". And this is exactly what it meant for Levy. What he let free from his body was a thunderous burp.

That was not what he knew about narcrahtite.

It took him a couple of moments to stabilize his breathing.
"Literally the God Particle, or whatever that bald dude's kind calls it. Arrange the molecules in proper form, an' you can have anythin' you want. Wanna superlight insulator? You can have it. Wanna superlight insulator that's also superhard, superelastic and super... I dunno... beer taste preservin'? You can have it. You juuuust have to arrange the molecules in proper form. Thing is, wherever it's found in nature, if that thing's even natural, it's a very brittle crystal. Y'know, like diamond and graphite. The molecules are arranged so that they let every electromagnetic wavelength through, except purple, but they ain't doin' nuthin' else. Like gays. An' if ya try workin' it with standard tools, it'll break 'n' shatter. I've only read about that stuff though, but never seen it in real life. Let alone held it in muh hands. But I'd give all the world's beer to try!... Well, maybe not all the world's, just a can maybe.... a big one, though."
