Mr Stenn came to the attention of the SIS when the BAF conducted a long range patrol into the Northern Taus sometime last year. Mr Stenn happened across the patrol and made the offer of supporting Bretonia in the war against Gallia. Since then, it has become known to us that he lead a powerful merc faction known as the 'Forlorn Hope'. Recently, the number of pilots seen flying under their banner have decreased rapidly and it is presumed that the Forlorn Hope have since disbanded or moved away from SIS patrol routes.
Stenn was a renowned fighter in his own right and while he extended his hand in friendship, caution is strongly advised as he is a mercenary at heart.
Stenn has recently fallen out of contact with the SIS yet he has been spotted working alongside the Maltese navy as of late, however caution is once again advised as it is not known whether he is still a friend or now a foe. Information regarding his true allegiance and motives for working with the Outcasts is limited.
