Sir Jacob McIntire has served as the SIS's connection to the Bretonian Armed Forces since the founding of the organisation. He has provided both advice and sound information regarding enemy movements and persons of interest.
He has served on all fronts in Bretonia, serving mainly as commander of the HMS Elephant or the HMS Victoria, a Libertonian battle-cruiser. He also managed to avoid open hostilities with the Zoners of Freeport 1, instead turning the diplomatic nightmare into beneficial situation in which the Armed Forces were able to fulfill a role as keepers of peace in the war torn system of Omega 3, as well as working out other not that noteworthy diplomatic situations.
