Sir Jacob McIntire has served as the SIS's connection to the Bretonian Armed Forces since the founding of the organisation. He has provided both advice and sound information regarding enemy movements and persons of interest.
He has served on all fronts in Bretonia, serving mainly as commander of the HMS Elephant or the HMS Victoria, a Libertonian battle-cruiser.
