Right this is just a working progres here but its going to something like this.

Also to point out about pay and such, at the end of each week i take 80% of the trade to a Storage ship and give the Supervisers/Squad leaders the pay for the men.




Ranks: Miner/Shipper

Rookie--------------------------------------------Basic rank
As a new employee to BMM you will have the choice of either Mining and Shipping or escort duties, this rank will intitle you to the use of a miner or a small transport for inter bretonian transports and mining operations in the Dublin or Leeds systems, depending on which area you are sent to will indicate your rate of pay from 50,000 a week in the Leeds system to 250,000 a week working in Dublin.

Miner----------------------------------------------Second rank

After working in and around the mining operations in the BMM we may seem fit to promote you to either Miner or Transport Captain, as i miner you will run mining operations in and around bretonian space and on even into the other far reaches of space finding new mining opportunities under protection of an escort. Miners will have a pay incrase to 500,000 a week plus 25% of any mining done, Transport Captains with have 750,000 but will have to mentain their own ships and will keep 20% of all profits made from tarding with other House systems

Mining/Transport Supervisor---------------Forth Rank

The 4 Supervisors will look after the sections of Miners and Transports, 2 Miner 2 Transport, with this rank comes you first responceability for the wellfare of other Employies reported to you. Your job will be to hand out assinments and organizen Mining/Trade within thier own teams. The pay for this role is 2,000,000 a week

The pay for this rank is only basic at 75,000 a week

As a Lieutenant you will run a Wing of 3 ships and yourself, this is a basic escort wing for a Transport convoy or Mining area patrols of which there are 8 wings in each. Your basic duties are to protect the convoys and miners at all costs. the pay for this rank is 900,000 a week.

Squad Leader---Third rank

As a Squad Leader you will run 4 wings of escort ships, your main duties will include suppliing Lieutenants with orders and brifings before each convoy. There are 4 Squad leaders 2 for escorts and 2 for patrols. The pay for this rank is 5,000,000 a week

Captain--------------Head of Escort Duties

As a Captain you have obtained the highest honor of running the whole Escort aspect of BMM you report only to the CEO and the board of directors of BMM. You will handle all and any requests from you Squad leaders and hand out the pay and promotions of your men, your days as an escort are over and now you have to get into the day to day life of running and menaining your wings and pilots. the pay for this rank is 7,000,000 a week

Griffin - For the few times you have to escort officials from base to base
Royal Liner - Headquarters for your Officials and your personal guard

Head Miner--------CEO of BMM

This rank is for the CEO of BMM, you are lord and master over all and will make or brake many lives affected by BMM.
