Commissar de Grasse's recruitment office
Zvezdny Gorodok, New Moscow
Once again, the Commissar was called to his recruitment office to check the latest muppet's application - a certain Evgen Konovalets this time. He gave a deep sigh after reading his application - and when he sighed, that meant the muppet won't have left his office on his own feet.
"Applicant Konovalets. Step inside, right now."
As the muppet entered the room, the Commissar raised himself from his chair, straightened his clothes and squared the applicant from top to bottom. Before speaking, however, the Commissar noticed a familiar sight - a Storm-class gunboat moored outside, and he gave orders for a full background scan of the ship. Once the results were in, he turned his sight on the muppet with a feline-like reflex, his eyes burning.
"Listen up, muppet: I heard you managed to sneak inside of that gunboat moored outside and took command of it. How and when, I still don't know... But you have the nerve of applying to join our glorious Army after such an act? I've seen crazy people, but you are a step above. Of course, I'll tell you straight away that you are DENIED."
A gunshot could be heard, and a body dropping on the floor shortly after. He was about to open the usual trapdoor to dump it into space, when he opened a second, hidden one. A heat wave came from inside of it. Without further ado, the Commissar pushed the body through it, closing the trapdoor shortly after, sighing. He holstered his handgun and sat down again behind his desk.
