I've looked over what you've sent us and the way forward is clear. It doesn't matter what they fly if they are nothing more than a filthy rōnin. To desert one's brethren is a dishonour to the Blood Dragons, a fate worse than death. For that reason, death is a fitting punishment. Perhaps next time they will seek an honourable death to settle disputes, rather than discarding their heritage.

This should be taken care of, swiftly if possible. If others catch wind of such a thing, it would bring dishonour to all the Dragons. Their actions affect all of us. The fact wear the term rōnin with pride is sickening. If it returns to Kusari we shall put the captain out of his misery, but if they stay away, we must turn to our allies for such a deed. The Hackers assistance would be appreciated, but it is my no means a requirement. You've done enough giving us this information as it stands.
