First of all I would like to thank all of you your valuable effort et help in realising the possibility of a Gallic Nation free of oppression from any tyrant. Caporal La Bedoyere, your confirmation of the rumor about Issodun Drydock is a useful piece of information, a warning nonetheless, but I will elaborate on it later. Sergent Gobineau, your continuous assistance throughout the years helped advance our cause significantly enough to earn you the rank of Lieutenant. Congratulations, Monsieur. However, we did not win the war yet.

Ever since the attack on the RNS Montmorency the Crayter Republic has proven to be capable to counter the Royal Navy's forces et endanger their supply lines within the Tau Region. At the same time the GRN's advance on the borders of Liberty has seemingly stopped as well, but the construction of the Jump Gate in Leeds et the Drydock in Edinburgh suggests their focus is now back on Bretonia. Because of these developments The Council will now focus less on the royal naval supply routes, but will plan et execute a strike on Issodun in cooperation with the Bretonian Armed Forces, possibly scheduled to no later than the end of next month.

As Caporal La Bedoyere pointed out, the construction of Issodun does indeed mean damaged royal naval assets will not return to Gallia for repairs, though the GRN still keeps pouring more et more ships et battlegroups out of the Kingdom. After the destruction of La Fere prison station we expected the GRN to retaliate or gather more defenses within Picardy, despite that it seems the Crown did not even bother with countermeasures. The monarch's grasp on the nation is weaker by the moment, et after gathering strenght for half a year it is finally time for us to strike hard.

Following a last brief wave of intelligence gathering, Flottilles Fierté du Conseil et Fierté du Peuple will besiege et take over the station cluster at Saint-Quentin, the rest of Flotte Fierté will secure the lanes to Amiens, et Flotte Rapide will join them in Picardy as reinforcement. In the meanwhile Flottilles Flamme Rouge et Insurgée Rouge will finally move out of the cover of Mer Mediterrainée et engage the RNS Arles as well as her accompanying royalist defenses of Provence. Regarding the attack on Issodun Drydock either Flottille Aigle Bleu or Flottille Lame Bleu will be considered as assistance to the Bretonian Armed Forces. Flottille Lance Rouge remains to be a nuisance to the GRN in Tunisie.

Last, but not least, please welcome Adjudant-générale Alice Roxanne Marie among our ranks. The former Maréchal offered her help against the Royal Navy et the High Command deemed her to be trustworthy, skillful et dedicated enough to accept this offer. I do expect you to treat her as one of our own, as she is a Conseillard now.
