I agree with this, and we'll be discussing it internally. We only have a few things we consider contraband, so the biggest drawback of this would be that it may be slow to update if diplomacy warrants a new contraband item, or if a new commodity appears that we would consider contraband. To me, that seems pretty minor considering the additional clarity this would provide.

We're not pirates anymore, though we do intend to interdict Gallic targets of opportunity, but we're still not overly bothered by local cargo regulations.
