I finally got around to patching some of the bugs and implementing some proper solutions to some of the problems. The main limitations from before (namely the ability to circumvent bounties by renaming) are gone. If you rename yourself now while you are hosting bounties / being bounties, the plugin will actually update itself so your name change carries over and the bounties will still be valid for both parties.

I've also fixed a few of my mistakes that I made throughout the video, adding logging and proper usage, among other things I missed off. I'll doing a few more changes then I'll be submitting it. Last chance for any feedback if yawl have any.
