Bug: Liberty BattleCruiser can purchase and equip Light mining arrays and snub guns

I Didnt test other BC

This is a system workaround to allow for additional weapon classes on the Battlecruiser. It's assumed players will prefer their respective type guns in both damage output and energy draw in comparison to their ships. -Aristaan
