There's no point in adding Inverness because it's listed as an Independent World, in the red, by the rules, and it isn't bordering Bretonia. You can't even enforce the tax there and ID rules can't even uphold the law. I don't even know why Bretonia is trying to claim Inverness when it's been disconnected from Newcastle for years and has no nearby Bret lawful stations.

I mean, cool if it's for the inrp dynamic of trying to be a greedy house - but is there any more reason to claiming it? 'Heritage'? 'We first found it'? I know listing it as a claimed house system doesn't mean it's actually theirs.

Also you should probably add Aux to your diplomacy sheet.
