Regardless of the fancy name given to the faction, you are still a 'republic' with military capacity, and you are foreign. Navies, Republics, Socialist or Communist Constructs, Armed Forces, Militaries, Legions, Empires, and oddities with military capabilities can be treated as foreign militaries. CR itself has been treated in the past as a foreign military in Liberty before, this should be nothing new.
