It's been over 36 hours since I've heard from you now. This is not reassuring. When your ship's AI dragged you out of Bering and off to who knows where, I was not feeling very confident. I watched your ship disappear faster than I have ever seen, with no signs that you were even conscious. Those bounty hunters attacked, and I know you were hurt before you stopped responding. I need to hear from you. I am worried.

I realize that you may not classify us as friends, but you are at least an ally. Your presence in Bering has been meaningful to me, and you have helped me mature as a pilot, as a Unioner, and as a citizen of Sirius. I am grateful for those things, and not knowing if you are alive or dead brings me more concern than I thought imaginable. Please, Shadow, respond to this message as soon as you receive it. Or have your AI respond if you cannot.

I just want to know that you are alive. Please.
