Greetings estimed Professors.

I'm the Commander Blackwings. I'm sure we already met in the past and fought together. As I'm not really good in presentation, I will directly go to the facts.

I'm contacting you about a worrisome threat for our sides, I hear by here Harmony, Hackers and Unioners. Indeed, I'm sure you noticed the presence since few days -or weeks- the presence of an Outcast pilot named Shadowwalker around Bering.

This Maltesse pilot attacked directly the Battlegroup in the past, but very more worrisome, with the help of the Nomads. As he is now it seems in vacations in Bering, his presence could be a danger for our organizations.

I did my personal inspection in order to get more informations about his presence. You will be happy to learn that this Shadowwalker is very probably an infected people, in good terms with the Nomads but with the Unioners aswell.

It becomes very worrisome when we think that such a closeness can create a large-scale manipulation of the Union. The possibility of an infection of certain Unioner pilots or even some members of the high command is from now on possible what was until then impossible.

As you said it, the Union tried to spread its diplomatic relations with other groups in order to strengthening its positions in the current conflict. Nevertheless it would seem that they went too far and that the Nomads took the opportunity of this situation to sow discord even more.

It is unacceptable that the Union although it is entitled to find all the average possible to win this war, establishes relations which are contrary to common sense of the human being.

Professors, if the Union is now or actually has contacts with individuals lost in the pay of the Nomads, then you must and we must take the necessary measures that will allow us to put an end to this masquerade.
