So, I have no objection to awesome uses of ingame materials to make neat things happen, i.e. a stupidly obese Arbiter fleet nuking a poor PoB, spamming forward guns to demolish a fleet of heavy battleships, etc.
However, I'd like to know what the thought process was surrounding your NEMP strike against Marshall Station. It seems like a wasted effort if you were trying to go for an event, since the rules for NEMP events block any real steam you had.

2. The bomb cannot be used on the following solars:
Any jumpholes or stations in the Connecticut system.
Barrier Gate Stations A to C
POBs
Gates or Jumpholes that are the only exit/entrance to a system
Nomad bases
Bases that are the only sellpoint for specific IDs. 3. Friendly or allied solars.
4. The amount of goods needed to repair the solar is not standardized and will be adjusted based upon the activity levels in the area as well as depending on the target faction.
Rule 2, last line specifically forbids NEMP events on stations with unique IDs. While, yes, the Harmony ID is sold on Gold Station, the Sep Indie ID is not, nor is it sold anywhere except Marshall.
Rule 2 also covers PoBs, so that can't have been the target either.
