ARCHIVAL RECORD: DIAMANT STATION

Date: 812 A.S.
Location: Omega-11 System

In the year 812 A.S., during a period of large-scale mobilization, the Red Hessian Armee, under the command of Major Günther Hoerst, in coordination with the Rot Front, initiated the fortification of Hessian presence within the Omega-11 system. This effort culminated in the construction of Diamant Station.

To facilitate the project, Omega-11 was placed under full lockdown. Construction operations proceeded continuously over several days without interruption. The scope of the undertaking required the participation of a substantial Hessian workforce. At the time, Rheinland and its military forces retained significant operational capability, and hostile elements actively attempted to disrupt supply operations. Specialized enemy wings targeted allied logistics vessels, necessitating daily defensive deployments. Major Hoerst personally oversaw the coordination of protective forces to ensure the continuity of construction.

Throughout this period, civilian labor units and combat personnel operated in close coordination. Diamant was conceived as both a strategic asset and a permanent symbol of Hessian industrial and military resolve.

As with many newly established installations, Diamant experienced structural and logistical deficiencies during its early operational phase. These included unstable supply routes, maintenance conducted under severe time constraints, and defensive systems that had not yet reached full maturity. Such vulnerabilities periodically limited station operations and, on rare occasions, reduced hangar service capacity for Hessian and allied vessels.

In the years that followed, Diamant underwent multiple restructuring and reinforcement cycles. Identified design flaws affecting structural integrity and operational reliability were systematically corrected. Advancements in station engineering and rapid-deployment construction methods were gradually incorporated, significantly improving resilience and efficiency.

By the present era, the deficiencies observed during Diamant’s initial deployment are regarded as historical lessons. Ongoing technological progress has rendered a recurrence of such early failures highly unlikely.
