Howdy Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm Captain Ethan Taylor, Director of the 5th Fleet Research and Development Division, with a message to the owners of the "Phoenix Research Complex".

As usual I read through the recent internal announcements of the LibGov and found the approval of you base and just a few minutes ago I found out that your base is here in *removed*. After a small chat with one of your Logistics Pilots I got redirected to you, which is this message.
