How many account IDs are we allowed?

Well, I am in zero factions. (or one I guess counting the CSW)

So I could have 10 BH BC's and 10 OC dessies spread out across sirius, seconds away from any point of conflict?

Another question, can I create seed accounts, a freelancer ID with a premade ship that I can hand out to other players in order to start a faction?

technically neither is against the rules, barring possible OoRPness, but there is alot of possibilty for abuse in either case.

giving a new player a fully set up character is taking a lot away from their discovery experience. The developing, learning, and self-sufficiency experiences are bypassed, perhaps making discovery more boring more quickly, and removing a big part of the "discovery".

not to mention there would be no telling who was actually on the account.

If this was a PVP server, i think it may be appropriate, but in my opinion, on a role play server it is not.
