A fighter identifying only as L.Jefferson demanded Two Million as payment for a fine of running Criminals from the Texas System to the Pennsylvania System. He stated it was my transport that was not allowed to carry them and was unable to cite the law. He wanted nothing to do with my cargo only this money. He didn't attempt to escort me to have the cargo removed. I dumped it and after I refused to pay a fine, on a law that does not exist as far as the law book I've combed through, he blew up my ship and left me stranded in space for two hours
