I have to remind you that there are request forms which you are expected to use. Without that, your request cannot be processed because for example you did not state names which would be used for provided ships what is a mandatory requirement in your case.

Also, if you want to obtain permission from the Bundestag, it would be good to submit at least basic information because there is almost none in your message or the channel you linked to. Details should include but are not limited to your organization as well as for what purpose you want to use requested ships, in what areas they will be flown, against whom they will be possibly used or where they will be stationed and under what security measures. I would like to note that the less information Bundestag representatives have, the less they are usually inclined to give permission.
