For example, I have 2 Gaian ships. One is [NLH] & the other is indie.
If I fly as an indie & am away from my home system & notice a fight, can I 'poof' out of my current location & magically pop into my faction ship? ...tecnically, yes but it's oorp.
Even if they were 2 seperate characters, can I simply say something like, "well I noticed a fight & gave my 'buddy a call' to lend support." Again, tecnically yes, but that is weak RP.
For every character I have, I have to think logisically. Should I have a character that simply sits around on station most of the time waiting for a fight invite? If I did, how does that character make a living, if not on the charity of others?
When I truly RP a character, I find that it's not possible to always be at the beck and call of my other characters, simply beacause ALL my characters have to 'pay the bills' & can't sit around on station the majority of the time waiting for the phone to ring.
