In desperate effort of boosting the Covenant's defensive capabilities, the Inner Phalanx contacted the Red Hessians with a generous offer that no unlawful could refuse, scientific information on exotic weaponry to gain an upper advantage on their foes, along with a pile of money, to obtain two Hel Cruisers constructed in haste. The Hessians laid out their conditions as well as the required materials, the Covenant agreed and contributed to the construction project. Successfully obtaining the pair, the newly produced vessels received a new crew and training from the Red Hessian Army, now eagerly awaiting their return home, where they will be finalized with technological touch-ups before they start a new tale.


The early days of the Ixion and Cepheus will see their capabilities tested in live combat, testing for hazards and potentials areas for improvement before being deployed to the main fleet to defend the Covenant's people.
