Considering many of said orderers are high ranking (up to the level of the Director himself) Liberty Security Force personnel, I don't see why not. Navy gets a little more tricky, since the Southern Alliance lacks jurisdiction over Zone 21/New York/Colorado and other Northern systems.

It's not a guard system they don't own it, Liberty Security Force is a NPC faction in game and =LSF= is a player faction within the NPC faction so they do not controll the indi Liberty Security Force players. As long as the indi is staaying within his Liberty Security Force RP it is OORPPVP whoring to kill him for entering Alaska.
We need to decide weather or not there should be such things as indis, personally i don't care i don't have any indi chars but I sure as hell don't try to force my authority or pvp down there throat. I respect there decision and as long as they stay true to the factions RP they are A OK in my book. All you faction leaders need to go out and get dogs so you can have some one to boss around :wacko:stop trying to be dictators if they want to join your ranks and RP with you so be it if not and they are staying true to the NPC faction RP see how i said NPC faction thats because that might not be the same RP as player factions then so be it and leave them be. Or amend the rules so there is no such thing as indi players I myself again don't care either way.

It's called the Liberty Security Force, not the X Division of the Liberty Security Force. There's no "within" involved, any more than the United States of America is "within" the USA. The fact it's led by a Director should make this obvious.

In any case, making independents an all or nothing issue solves nothing. Few, if any people want to factionalize pirate factions, to give one example, because criminals naturally fracture into gangs and divisions. What many people, myself included, think, is that there can be roleplay benefit from people roleplaying top-level characters that comes with tradeoffs in RP possibilities.
