They are also ravaged by famine and resort to cannibalism, and we never hear of any centralized Corsair leader. Thus, it's natural they'd splinter and have political divisions and rival leaders and such Romanesque things.

The Liberty Security Force, on the other hand, is an intelligence organisation, known as among the most professional in Sirius. It didn't fracture, unlike the Navy and Army, and it has canonically been stated to be lead by a Director, who is now Copeland.

It *is* the entire LSF. The name, the description, it's leadership all implies that, and the admins have not stopped such a thing from occuring.

If thats the case we should see that in the server RP rules am i right? Well i don't see it and untill the admins decide thats the case no one person controlls any NPC faction. Look im not saying thats the right way to go it may not be you may be right but it is not the case as of right now so he has every right to RP a indi Liberty Sercurity Force black ops agent or whatever his story is i cant remember it I read so many... and not take orders from the =LSF= "director"
