But if someone acts like part of that group, where's the issue? They take their orders, report to their commanding officers, do whatever else is necessary (I have no experience with military factions)... the only thing different is the lack of an [RM] prefix; in everything except that, they are part of the Rheinland Military.
Are those four symbols really that important?
